These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIDAA platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using AIDAA (“AIDAA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features of AIDAA. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Services

Subject to these Terms, AIDAA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for lawful business purposes.

3.1 Prohibited Uses

• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Sending spam, unsolicited, or deceptive communications
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with platform security
• Misusing AI, messaging, or automation features

4. Communications & Messaging

AIDAA enables communication via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents from your contacts and complying with applicable communication and data protection laws.

5. AI & Automation

AIDAA uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to assist with customer communication, appointment booking, invoicing, and workflow automation.

You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate and agree to review, monitor, and validate AI-driven actions.

6. Third-Party Services & Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms. AIDAA is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or practices.

7. Fees, Billing & Payments

Certain features may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be disclosed prior to purchase.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to AIDAA. You grant AIDAA a limited license to process such data solely to provide the Services.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for purposes related to these Terms.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or other users.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDAA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIDAA from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the federal republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
